Where do I get the QR code or connection link?
After activating a plan, choose an available server in the “Server status” section. The connection card will show a QR code, connection link and config file when available for the selected protocol.
What should I do after paying for a paid plan?
Return to the dashboard and wait for the subscription status to update. After payment confirmation, servers and connection methods become available. If you already added the connection to your app, it usually starts working again without scanning a new QR code.
How can I pay for World Tunnel?

How can I earn with World Tunnel?

What is a web-key and why do I need it?
A web-key is a one-time key for signing in to your personal dashboard on another device. It is useful as a backup access method if Telegram is temporarily unavailable or the free-plan traffic is exhausted.
Do I need to scan the QR code again after renewal?
Usually not for Xray and AmneziaWG. After payment or renewal, the connection you already added starts working again automatically. DNSTT/VPN White may require refreshed connection details.
What is VPN White?
VPN White is for situations with strict filtering and allowlists. It becomes available after activating a paid plan and depends on available servers.
Why is VPN on whitelists very slow or not working at all?
It depends heavily on the provider and region. From our observations, VPN White works best on Beeline when Google DNS is selected. On MTS and Megafon, in some places it works only through Yandex DNS, and the speed can be very low. It may still be usable for Telegram and WhatsApp, but slowly.
Is there a way to keep internet fast even on whitelists?

What if VPN is connected but the internet does not work?
Check the selected server, remaining traffic and subscription period. On Android, also check system VPN settings: “Always-on VPN” or “Block connections without VPN” can block internet after VPN disconnects.
